This year, the Grande Park HOA is looking for 4 beautiful homes to award the coveted YARD OF THE MONTH prize to! The first winner will be chosen and notified the first week of June. Each winner gets a $25 gift card to Lowes and can show their pride by hosting the GRANDE PARK YARD OF THE MONTH SIGN in their yard for 1 month!

The Yard of the month is intended to get residents excited and motivated to make Grande Park a beautiful and desirable neighborhood to live and play in! We are all concerned about property values and this is a way to increase them!
